Joint Driving Lessons

My friend and I have our birthdays just one month apart, and have always had our birthday parties together since we were little.  This year was no different and we had a massive party to celebrate our 17th birthdays. At the party we were talking about how now we were old enough we really wanted to learn how to drive, but that it was probably going to take a while to achieve this as we have to save up the money to pay for lessons as well as the learner driver insurance. One of our friends suggested that we could save money by taking our driving lessons together as we could share the cost. Although only one of us would be able to drive at any one time the other one would still be able to learn from what they were doing. The next day we rang up a few driving schools and realised it would be quite easy to get joint lessons, so we are all booked in for our first lesson next week and I now have enough money for learner driver insurance.
