Reporting the Facts as I see It
It started out as a report for my schoolwork. I wasn’t much interested in the subject. I knew Mom wrote out a check every month for our Ontario car insurance. That was the extent of what I cared to know. I still had to research the whole subject of insurance and find statistics on who was covered and who wasn’t.
I had to know what would happen if you got in an accident and weren’t covered. Boy was I shocked. If you don’t keep your car covered and you get hit, you are breaking the law – and the money is huge that you could be paying in fines and penalties. It seems a lot smarter to just pay for insurance regularly and let it handle the accidents if they should happen.
