The Glasgow area is a very beautiful area. It is bustling with different activities that are geared to the family.  If you are looking for a friendly vibrant area to live this is it, there are great schools that are ranked consistently at the top. There is great sense of community not the brick and mortar cold community that is prevalent today. We are going to purchase a Glasgow Property on the Eastern side of town over looking the garden with beautiful lake view about two minutes away from our backyard.  We are very excited about this area, and we cannot wait to move.

Last year I received a present from my sister for my son. I did not know she would go that far to getting a phonics software for me to use with him to work on his letter, shapes, and sounds skills. So when we were working on her wedding invitations, Julie would provide the dinner and movies and drinks and a small thank you favor, and I’d bring cardstock, Mary would bring glue and the decals, Lana brought the envelopes, and Sarah brought the toner. We’d spend the whole night together having fun and getting stuff done! It helped Julie a whole lot, and cost us almost nothing - we were glad to help.

Last year, before my sister and I went to Mexico, we decided to try to learn the language a bit. We found some language learning software, on the internet, that had great reviews. It was on sale, so we decided to buy and it give it a try. After reviewing the program just a few times, we were able to say many of the common words in Spanish. By the time we left for our vacation, we knew enough of the language to feel comfortable asking for directions and carrying on a friendly conversation. We were both very happy with what we learned in such a short amount of time.

The other day I began thinking about my legacy. What would I want to be remembered for after my time on earth has passed. This led me to grab a pencil and paper and start jotting down notes for my eulogy. Granted, I won’t be there to give the speech or to say nice things about how wonderful I was, but I did start making notations about things for which I would like to be remembered fondly. What can I do now to guarantee that those sentiments are someday voiced? I guess I need to live in such a manner that people who study my life will come to the same conclusions.
