Amazon Kindle – Encouraging Reading
There are a lot of traditionalists who say that the new amazon kindle e-book reader will kill books – and they tend to say it as if this is a bad thing. Maybe they’re right – but on the other hand, a lot of people who consider reading to be one of their hobbies will say that they actually read more since they got themselves a Kindle than they did before. The usual reasons given for this are the fact that they can carry a lot of reading material about with them easily and the convenience of being able to buy and download new books very quickly (as long as you have a 3G signal).
