People generally give excuses of not having enough time for doing workouts. The excuses are more than the motivation that are required for performing those workouts. Home workouts are the solution to all the excuses omitting the workouts that makes you healthy. Body weight squat is one such exercise, that can be done by putting your hands on the hips and then go down from knees in 90 degrees. Push up is an effective workout that increases the energy level of the body. In this just brings the hands closer and then do normal push ups.
