Shovel?

 When oit comes to getting yourself in the shape of your life I find new ways every time I turn around. one way Im a big fan of is just good old fashioned hard labor. It will make you sore in ways that you never thouhgt that you would get. You will be using real life movements when you are lifting and shoveling. Digging a hole with a shovel is a great dull body workout. Shoveling will get your back, arms abs and just about everything in great shape.  Its also a great fat loss activity to be doing when you are in a workout.
