Climbing Higher and Higher
My college instructor is a rock climber. He holds annual class trips to different state parks where he teaching rock climbing. One summer, he tried to climb a large cliff but only got half way up. He told me that his arms got too tired and his legs were aching. I suggested that he find a way to monitor his heart rate and oxygen. He took my advice and bought the Nonin go2. Last summer, he decided to try to get to the top of that big cliff that he could climb. This time, he made it to the top.
