Exercise Erases Fat
When most people consider potatoes, the most appetizing side item theory doesn’t come into play unless there is literally a ton of sauce or toppings accompanied with it. Then the worry about calories in baked potato come in, along with the stress of gaining weight, and finally the ever-looming thought of appearance. Yet, what people fail to correlate this occurrence to foods across the boards is that it does not have to be that way if the eating of food is just paired with the routine of exercise. Any food can be eaten at any time in any amount, if the same energy and dedication is then turned towards the burning off of that fat.
