Growing pains in children
A very familiar problem and of great concern to parents is the growing pains in their children. To perceive how alarming that they are, you only need to ensure the foot problem or child health forums to see the number of questions being questioned about them. While growing pains in a child can be very painful and do wake the child from sleep, they are self limiting, do go away on there own eventually and have no long term or lasting effects. There are a few very serious and uncommon problems that can be misdiagnosed as growing pains and it is the only potential real problem with growing pains.
