Pros and Cons of Cutting Out the Carbs

Most weight loss diets today have their own share of pros and cons, and it is necessary to examine each of these closely in order to determine which program will be best for you. The same is true for following a low carb weight loss diet. It seems the world is divided on whether these diets are effective or not. On one hand, they do make you lose weight fast and quite easily. On the other hand, most of the weight lost is from water so there is a good chance of gaining everything back when you resume eating carbs. So if your purpose is just quick and temporary weight loss, then a low carb diet will do very nicely. Otherwise, you might want to try a different kind of diet.
